Refunds

The checklist is digital content delivered the moment you pay, so it cannot be returned. We still want it to work for you.

If something is wrong

• If a download does not open, or the checklist does not match the answers you gave, contact us within 14 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout. We will fix it or refund you.
• Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, through Stripe. They usually show within five to ten working days.
• After a refund the download links stop working and any reminder emails stop.

Changed your mind?

Because the files are delivered at once, we do not normally refund a purchase that has been downloaded. If you bought by mistake and have not downloaded anything, contact us the same day and we will refund you.

Buyers in the United Kingdom

By ticking the box at checkout you ask us to deliver the checklist immediately and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, you lose the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your legal rights if the content is faulty are not affected.
