Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy a checklist from Orderly Move. By paying at checkout you agree to them.

What you are buying

  • The checklist: a PDF built from your answers, with every task dated from your moving day.
  • Optional add-ons: printable box labels with an inventory sheet, a calendar file with one event per task, and weekly reminder emails until two weeks after your move. The three together cost less than three bought separately; the lower price is applied automatically.

Everything is digital. There is nothing to post, and no account to create.

Prices and tax

  • Prices are shown in the currency of the country you choose on the form.
  • In the United States and Canada, sales tax or GST/HST/PST is added at checkout based on your billing address.
  • In the United Kingdom, prices include VAT.
  • Payment is taken by Stripe. Stripe emails your receipt.

Delivery

  • Your downloads appear on the page you return to after paying, and the same links are emailed to the address you gave at checkout.
  • Download links work for 30 days. After that, contact us with your checkout email and we will send a new link.
  • Reminder emails start the week after purchase. Each one has an unsubscribe link.

What the checklist is and isn't

The checklist is general guidance assembled from your answers. It is not legal, financial or tax advice, and it cannot know every rule that applies to your lease, sale or local area. Check deadlines that matter, such as notice periods, with your landlord, agent or solicitor.

We improve the task list over time. Your download always matches the version you paid for, even if you download it again later.

Use

Your purchase is for your own move. You may print and share it within your household. Please do not resell or republish it.
